Sharon’s prestigious career includes more than 20 years of building some of the biggest brands in radio, music, and entertainment. As SVP of Programming for the World Famous Z100, New York, Sharon led the station to the highest ratings in its history. In addition to co-creating and executive producing Z100’s Jingle Ball, the annual concert at Madison Square Garden, Sharon is not only the longest serving head of programming at the station but also the first woman in that position.
Most recently, as SVP of Promotion at Republic Records, she has worked with some of the biggest artists in the world on their radio and brand strategy, including Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Shawn Mendes, Drake, The Weeknd, and Jonas Brothers.
Sharon has been listed among the 50 Most Powerful Executives in the Industry and has won accolades across the entertainment industry, including the prestigious annual Billboard Women in Music list, TJ Martell Women of Influence, and ELLE Magazine’s Women in Music Power List.
